Specialized in Full-Stack Web Development & Web Scraping

I currently work part-time at the GTU Nuclear Engineering Center in collaboration with CERN, where I develop and maintain systems using Node.js with Expressjs and React.

I'm experienced in full-stack development with C#, .NET 9, Angular, and SQL — building robust APIs and scalable applications, with deployment pipelines set up through Azure and CI/CD workflows.

On top of that, I specialize in building advanced web scrapers with Puppeteer, focusing on automation, proxy/IP rotation with Brightdata, and bypassing bot detection for high-reliability data extraction.

Projects

Drivers License Test is a full-stack web application I originally built as my university capstone project — and it evolved into a strong addition to my portfolio. As the name suggests, it simulates the theoretical portion of the Georgian driver’s license exam.

All exam questions are scraped from teoria.on.ge using C#, and the website implements full authentication and authorization, the OOP Design Pattern, SOLID principles, email verification and basic user statistics.

The backend is built with .NET 9 Web API, the frontend with Angular, and the platform is deployed using Azure.

Copart Car Listings Scraper API
This project is a locally run tool that scrapes car listing data from Copart, created as a workaround for their $200/month API. It collects key details such as lot ID, make, model, location, and current bid, then stores the data in a Supabase database. The codebase is structured like an API to make querying and filtering the data easy during development or analysis.

Nuclear Engineering

At the GTU Nuclear Engineering Center, I work as part of a collaborative development team alongside 3D designers and fellow programmers. Our goal is to bring complex 3D reactor models to life on the web using modern technologies.

My core responsibilities include backend development with Node.js, managing users and databases, and deploying full-featured applications. I take pride in contributing to a team-driven environment, where communication and collaboration are key to delivering reliable and high-impact solutions.

You can view one of our projects here — my role as Lead Developer is listed under the “Info” tab. The broader platform, with many more team achievements, is available here.
